QDione palettes

1. Take a screenshot of a desirable palette
2. Extract a vertical image of 1 pixel width
3. Upload this image to the directory containing QDione palettes: /nfs/naiad-cluster/install/qdione/etc/ressource/palettes as paletteXXX.png
4. Update /nfs/naiad-cluster/install/naiadWebServices/naiad/config/palettes.ini
